5 year general visit visa application for my mother - Age 68

Hi,

I would like to find out what is the process of applying for 5 year general visit visa for my mother( Senior Citizen - Age 68 ) holding an Indian passport to visit us in the UK.

I am naturalized British Citizen( originally holding Indian passport & citizenship ) since 2013.

- What are the document list that i need to provide?
- What reason do i need to mention to apply for a 5 year visa? Is there any specific reasons under which they will consider 5 year visa?
- Duration of each visit will be just below 6 months.

yes she has visited before once and stayed with us for about 5 months with no issues.
