travelling outside UK on spouse visa

My spouse visa expires on March,2015. i am planning to travel outside UK in January,2015 for 3 week and come back.
So i would like to ask will there be a issue with the immigration since i will only have about one month visa left when i return and apply another status?
Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

Should be okay, if your circumstances and purpose are unchanged (i.e. your spouse is alive and you are still together, etc.)
