When can I apply for ILR?

Hi,

Below is my immigration history. Could someone please let me know when can I apply for ILR?

Tier 2 (Intra Company Transfer) - Granted - 18 Dec 2009
Tier 2 (Intra Company Transfer) - Arrived in the UK - 9 Jan 2010
Applied for Tier 1 (General) - 4th April 2011
Granted and Switched to Tier 1 (General) - August 2011
Renewed Tier 1(General) - March 2013

Current status - Tier 1 (General) valid till March 2016

Also, my absence from the UK is around 100 days since I first arrived.

considering you have valid visa for your entire stay[ I mean there is not visa gaps between tier 2 ICT and tier 1 visa], then you will be eligible for ILR on or after 20 November 2014.
