referees for naturalisation

I can't seem to find this question in the forums. One of my referees is a pharmacist the other is his wife, is this allowed

You could have googled the List of acceptable referees: https://www.gov.im/media/624353/listofreferees.pdf

You can't use both of them since they are related.
