DEpendents

Post by musheash » Fri Dec 19, 2014 5:37 pm

Hi Buddies

I need quick help with FLRFP form i am filling in. It is for my kids who are 6-5-4 years old. Kids were living with their mother(x Mrs) before but are living with me for the last two years. I am on 5 years unmarried partner route. i am looking to apply for my kids as dependents, kids do not have valid leave to remain at the moment.

I need advice basically on the form , what form should i fill in from FLRO-FLRP-FLRM-FLRFP i have consulted many people but every body seem to have different opinion. I am finally filling in FLRFP(even though i am not sure ).

I will appreciate if someone could tell me about the relevant sections of the form that i fill up before sending it through. At the moment it is very confusing dont know which section is relevant to me.

Cheers

I am assuming this is for your wife as you have previously stated you are British. Please state when asking on behalf of someone else.

It does Ok,being straight forward is one of the rules on here and you need to adhere to it without being offended.
It's important not to confuse people helping to answer questions you might have paid some Quid's for,I don't think that's a big ask tbh.

If your are asking for help it's best to post all the info, otherwise we get into guessing games.

Please do not lose track of the fact we are all unpaid and do this to put something back long after our own issues have been resolved not for any profit.

So please be patient and respond to queries with the information requested, they are valid requests, and do not fly off the handle otherwise posters who can help make take the view to say 'fook you' and not respond.

It's a two way street and I for one look forward to you offering help and advice in the future when your current issue is resolved. Thought I doubt it to be honest.
