Tier-1 Dependent visa in July 2015.

Currently I am on Tier-1 General visa and went to extension this month and going to get till 2017/2018 (lets say My visa validity is NOVEMBER 2018).
I have 3 Dependents and their validity is <MARCH 2016>.

Now They are going back to India for vacation in March 2015.

SO current situation is:
T1-G - Main applicant expiry date: November 2018.
T1-G - Dependent applicants (3) expiry date: March 2016.

Query: Since they have valid visa until March 2016, Can they can go for Extension in July 2015 or Some where before March 2016?

Their choice. Their leave (319C, 319H) will be granted in line with yours (319D, 319I).

How are you going to get an extension till Nov 2018?

Looks like there is something fishy here, I don't understand how come your dependants have visa till 2016 and you getting expired in december 2014, and don't understand how come both have different expiry dates.

2nd as far as i know you get extended till 2017 not till 2018 ,, until Home office made a special law for you and your 3 dependants. You either say the truth or just talk to home office ( I assume your not staying illegally in the UK ). Please don't waste your time and our time by living in fools paradise and giving a confusing useless question .
