correspondence address.

Post by Rayking » Sat Dec 27, 2014 10:50 pm

Merry xmas to you all!
Could someone with the experience help with this question in section 1 of the flr(m) form please.
1.25 Your name and address in the UK for all correspondence about your application if different from 1.20
Is it possible to have correspondence address different from home address?
1.26 If you have completed 1.25 and the address is that of your immigration adviser, please state their Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC) number.
Does it mean it's only someone using immigration adviser that can use correspondence address?
A little bit confused about this, can anybody use correspondence address or only for people using lawyers?
Please I need to clarify this before sending it off.

Hi

For Question # 1: (Address 1.25)

Only fill this if you are using two addresses. Just in case you dont want any crosspondance at you home address so you can use different 1. It might be ur office or your representative's address :

For 1.26: yes you are right . Only fill this if you are going to use representative or soicitor .
I hope you ll get ur answer

Hi Rayking!!

Yes I did this for my Cousin's FLR M , We did not apply through representative so we left 1.26 Blank, But they both (My Cousin & her Husband) working in morning so I filled 1.25 as correspondence address in for their Office. But a big joke is their Biometric cards delivered at their office address and documents to their home address which I filled in 1.20. So Pls Be aware this can be possible.
Good Luck
