EEA1 residence card

My brother is an italian citizen, he applied for eea1 residence card on last october 2014. Recently he received his residence card. But in the residence card his name is written incorrectly.
Could anyone tell me , what should we do now ? he does not speak english, I had to do the total application. Your advice would be helpful for me. Thank you
