Help Needed for MN1 Form

Hi All

First of all I would like to thank all on the forum for helping me get British Citizenship.

Now I am planning to apply for citizenship for my children and I need some help filling out the form.

My children are born outside UK, so I am filling out form MN1 which shows the date as June 2014. My children are less than 10 years of age.

Below are the sections which I need help.

1.1 I have put in Section 3(5). Is this correct?
1.2 I have written MY Home Office Reference number as I cannot find any letter in their name. Is this correct?

Section 3: Do I need to fill that out?. I am really not clear on this? 3.1 is asking who is a British Citizen BY DESCENT and whom this application is based? None of us (Father and Mother) is British Citizen by descent?.

I am sending my children passport, Bio metric cards of my children, Birth Certificates of my children, My Marriage Certificate, Completed MN1 forms with photos and referee signature, Mother and Father passport, My recent bank statement (for Proof of address). Is there any other documents that I need to submit. I will be using NCS service, hence I will take all the documents mentioned above.

Any help on the above would be appreciated as I would like to send the form as soon as possible.

No. 1.1 Section 3(1).

Section 3 of the form is not applicable.

What about the documents? I asked the NCS service about it but they said that they are not allowed to say what documents to submit in case they forget to mention one. They said its up to the applicants to provide the documentation which they think they would need to submit.

Evidence that at least one parent is British and the other parent has ILR or there is no reason to think that the child’s future does not lie in the United Kingdom.
Evidence that child has ILR or ILE.
If child is 13 or over, then evidence that child has been in the UK for over 2 years.

Etc.
