English Lang Req- for Dependent of settled person Visa

Hi,
I am applying for dependent of a settled person visa for my wife.She is a degree holder and was taught in english in India..
My question- To prove this,do I need to get it attested by UK NARIC?
If yes,
a)do I need to get attestation for deqree equellency
b) and attestation for 'it was taught in english'
d)or will I be able to prove it thru PBS?

Statemnt in UKBA website confused me.

''having an academic qualification that was taught in English and is recognised by UK NARIC as being equivalent to a UK bachelor’s degree''

Could any one help me?
