Tier 1 Extension : Xerox Copies

While i go for an appointment at the PEO, Is it mandatory / necessary to take copies of the following -

xerox copies of application form
or
xerox copies of proofs like salary slips / bank statements along with your application at the PEO ?

i am planning to submit only the application form with proofs (in original). Is this ok ?

Under PBS - Tier 1 General,
I believe you dont need to take any copies unless you want to act too smart. You are paying a premium to a appointment at PEO. So utilise them properly. For Tier 1 Main extension all you need is Proof of Salary (2 proofs - best = pay slips + bank statements) and fund maintenance (usually the same bank statement).
