I know business account allow us to deposit cash in the account, will home office questions if our clients deposit cash in business account???
Any idea??

Is upto you to decide payment options with your clients, is not for HO to decide payment options. However, you may want to ask your client to put a reference against each payment. Perhaps the reference you give will be traceable and you will have a record of them e.g when you issue invoice, you include a unique reference which client can quote when paying in cash. Am not an expert just my opinion.

I agree with Hope145. In the same time, I think there shouldn't be any problem if you can justify these if inquired. I do serve to my clients and customers, some pay with cash, some with card and some do bank transfer as per their convenience. Though I keep copy of receipts and invoices of all.
