immigration consultancy in UK

Hi
as I know if we are doing UK immigration consultancy we must have OISC. is there any certification for Ireland immigration consultancy as well or we can do it without any certification in the UK.
Also what about other countries e.g USA, Australia, Canada etc.
I asked OISC they said OISC is needed only for UK immigration consultancy.
