Limited company Share holders issue

Hi Guys,
I am Planned to extend my visa on 23rd jan and got the PEO appointment.
I am a contractor running a Limited company. I asked a accountant letter from accountant.
I am showing 8100 as my salary and 32000 as my dividend, so on total 41000 GBP.

Suddenly my accountant says your company has a 2 share holders that myself and my wife, so dividend cannot be shown as 32000, it can shown only 16000 as it has 2 share holders.

I don't have enough time now, please suggest me what should i request from accountant.
