Hope you are all well inshalah, a quick question, so confused about one thing. My husband should get all his documents by the 19th of this month and then will send them
to me. So they might get here for the 26th, and then im going comets onlinr application and make an appointment with gerrys but if that appointment falls into february, then wont they reject me and ask for his january playsip and bank statement? Because if i submit the online application say on 27 or 28th, i dnt think ill get an appointment at getrys for the next day will i ? Just feel confused about this of sum peoples can shed light on this matter.

Jazakallah kheir
Ask him to send the documents at the start of feb (including January payslip and bank statement), then you should get them in time for applying in the middle of the month, doing this way will give you enough time to get an appointment from gerrys before your documents become more than 28 days old.
May Allah swt make it easy for us all

Hi,

Congrats to everyone who has received 2 email and visas! good luck

Sorry Laiba to hear about your 1 email, but if thats all you are going off keep faith in Allah right till the end, one email 2 email are great guesses and even if Gerry staff are saying that 2nd email with reference means visa granted but i would still say up until passport in your hand anything can happen or can be that you have been granted!

Hope in sha allah you have not been refused.

Really sorry to hear about anyone else who has been refused just Read Liaba and remember we were waiting together. I am still waiting for an update on mine.

Congrats to all who have received their visas along with those who have had 2 emails (processed and concluded).
Those of you who has only received one processed email, don't lose hope, keep praying and remember Allah swt works in mysterious ways.

It turns out that us spouse visa people are not the only ones to get visas today. My sister-in-law got her Student Dependent Visa today after 2 weeks. Still waiting for my wife's visa to come through from Karachi. Week 12 will be complete on Friday :/

Online payment only. You can be anywhere in the world as long you as you use a valid card for payment it's fine. I think you can use paypal too.

I paid for my wifes visa fee here in the uk using my card.

Hi guys,

A good friend of mine has had his mrs application rejected today due to only providing Skype logs as communication with wedding photos etc

This was the only reason of refusal as he believed it wasn't a subsisting relationship therefore please please add a few sources of evidence I personally myself have added what's app and talk talk phone Bill and also numerous photos and our daughters details as proof.

Someone said to me on this forum of how I gave too much evidence and that much was not needed... After reading the refusal letter I am glad I did add in so much!
June 30th 2014 - Applied for spouse visa (Pakistan)
August 11th 2014 - daughters Right of Abode applied
August 18th 2014 - Right of Abode successful
December 2nd 2014 - Spouse visa refused
December 29th 2014 - Reapplied for Spouse visa
