Perm visa for UK to takecare of depressed Father,Urgent help

Post by vik_mad » Mon Jan 12, 2015 4:11 pm

Hello,

I have read few cases here but couldn’t get the insight on the solution. I am a British citizen from Indian origin and I am looking for the options for my father to join me in the UK permanently. My father is 70 years old and recently been diagnosed with Depression because of my mom passed away almost 2 years ago, my sister lives abroad hence he is on his own and there is not body to help him out.

I was wondering if experts could please advise what the available options are for me. And also if you could please provide me with the details of any specialist Solicitors who deals in the permanent family visa.

Help would be much appreciated.
Tks,

99.99% impossible if you search the site and internet in general.

Easier for you to relocate back to India, Is that a possibility? Maybe the sister lives in a country that supports chain migration?

Sister is in Dubai hence no chance of chain migration. I spoke to one of the solicitor and she was very keen and positive about my case i am not sure though reading the cases here.

That solicitor is only after money.

Wanderer is right. 99.999999% impossible to get.

If u refuse than any chance for future visit visa for your mother also become very slim.
