Visiting As tourist to Republic of Ireland (Dublin) !!!

Hi members,
It may seem a bit strange asking this question but i need to be 100% sure as i am all that the members of the forum are well informed. Being on Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa, i am planning to visit Dublin as tourist and i am not sure about the visa process !!! Has any one visited Republic of ireland ( or dublin ) one T1 Ent and gone through the visa process ? Do we really need one being on Tier1 Ent as i am a bit confused here .
