Ilr confusion for dependants plz help

Hi please help me
I have got TIer 1 general visa in 2010 September ,am eligible for my ILR in August 2015, but my son and my husband got visa in November 2012 as a dependent,before that my husband visited uk on visiting visa in April 2012,
1)Now my doubt is is my son gets ILR along with me or not, he born in India

2) my husband visited me before july2012 as visitor is he eligible for ilr with me,

3) Are they eligible for PBS dependents extent ion in August 2015 as the extent ions closing in April 2015

Please help me
