Confused help please!!!!

Post by Sm77 » Fri Jan 16, 2015 7:54 pm

Hi

I would really appreciate assistance here.

I have been granted ilr on 10 year route on 9/01/2015

1. My wife came to Uk with me in Feb 2007. She is currently in PBS dependent visa valid until April 2017. Her original PBS dependent visa was granted in March 2011. What form does she apply now to apply ilr as a dependent.
2. My Daughter was born in India in Feb 2009 and since then has been in UK. Came to UK in April 2009. She is also on PBS dependent as my per wife's dates.
3. My son was born in Uk in August 2011 and is also on PBS dependent visa.

Please let me know what from should I apply to get them onto the ladder to get British passport.
Thanks in advance

1. If travelling, then she and daughter should apply for FLR(M).
She may apply for SET(LR) and daughter for SET(F) no sooner than 28 days prior to completing 10 years.
2. See 1.
3. UK born child is entitled to register for British citizenship.

Thanks Vinny

What are my chances if I apply through mn1 for my daughter along with son. I understand this will be at discretion of the home office but will they entertain my daughters mn1 form in the first place considering one chills qualifies and my daughter has been staying in uk for last 6 years

Thanks

Daughter will be discretion but not son.

Son will be entitlement.

For Daughter, you will need to work a bit harder to get it.
