I am sure this questions must have been asked before but just wanted to make sure I have all the right informations.
I am on ILR since March 16 2013 dint apply for BC yet since I had 5 months absence last year from UK and I have to wait until Aug 2015 this year to complete 12 months again. I got married on 23 May 2012 & had a kid last year Feb 2014.
I am planning to apply thier visa in May 2015 current year. I just wanted to check with you guys what kind of visa I shall apply for?. I applied a visitor visa twice for my wife in 2013. ECO rejected both times since I applied just 3-4 months before my Tier 1 visa expiry & they were unsure of my status after 4 months at that time & as usual rejected saying they are not convinced that my wife have enough ties in India and would not return back to India.
I am looking to bring both of them permanently to UK. I am currently having 2 jobs. From my first job I am taking £19000/annum & secong job is fetching me £6800/annum plus overtime in my second job.
My wife has already passed her ESOL (english test) with LEVEL A1 in 2013.
I have been living in the same house for last 7 years now. All my savings I usually send to India every month.
Could you kindly guide me what sort of visa I need to apply for both. Is my child eligible to apply for BC? she will be 1 years old in Feb 2015 this year.
