Another question in relation to my husband SET M form visa application.
My husband applied for FLR(M) before the new rules came into place but was granted visa after new rules were implemented.
I know as such he don't have to satisfy £18,600 earning requirement but does he need to have a minimum balance of £2000 pounds in his bank statement to show for Maintenace or do I need to show funds ?
If yes could you please confirm how much and for how many months ?
Please help all.
His visa finishes on Jan 31st.
