Nautralisation Application Declaration 6.2-6.7

I am in the process of completing the form single adult application, however on the declaration page I am slightly confused.
In the guide line it states to tick all each box at 6.2 -6.7 and at the bottom of guide line page 12, says if declaration in section 6 is not completed, the application will be invalid.

However only 6.2-6.4 and 6.6 is relevant to my application. Do I leave 6.5 and 6.7 blank?

It states under 6.7 to delete if not applicable, does that mean to put cross in box or cross out the whole paragraph?
