Tier 1 Entrereneur to Tier 2 Sponsorship

Hi All,

As the subject says, I am currently in tier 1 entrepreneur category - ltd co. director.

If a different company which is already in the tier 2 sponsor list (A rating) is offering me a job with sponsorship, does the current rules/regulations allow me to to switch? Would appreciate any informed response on this.
