ILR + PBS Dependent extension - Same day appointment

Could I request for your advice please?

I am on Tier 2 General visa and will be eligible to apply for ILR by mid march. My wife is on Tier 2 dependent visa and she is not eligible for ILR yet. So, I will have to extend her visa as a PBS dependent. Both our current visa's expire in April.

Would it be possible for me and my wife to apply together on the same day using the PEO service? I will be using SET (O) and my wife will be using PBS Dependent extension form.

When I checked the appointments online, I noted that I am only able to add dependents under SET(O) category. So, Do I need to book a separate appointment for me and my wife?
