I can confirm Julian is right here and its a encouraging sign. In my case HO asked my wife to visit their Liverpool office for a friendly discussion interview to confirm her English speaking capability and after that interview HO sent her approval in 3 weeks time. That shows HO has no other objection and just want to confirm that particular point only rest is all okay.Julian11 wrote:That's usually a good sign that your approval will come right after that.
It was so obvious that they were lying and making stuff up about necessary checks just to get people off their back. If you have their response in writing telling you or your mp that your application was down for necessary checks and now a letter confirming if it hadn't even been allocated to a caseworker then I would say you should lodge an official complaint and involve your mp in it.dalvin wrote:14 May applicant and still no success. I requested my documents back and when i received them begining January 2015, there was a letter attached informing me that my case hasn't been assinged to a case worker yet which is surprising. i hve contacted the HO on several times and was informed that they are waiting for checks to be completed. All confusing at the moment.
Administrators - can you please post the spreadsheet so we can see how it looks like now.
Thanks
How do you know ?where you got your information from?amjad6226 wrote:Its not annoying if they said your application is not allocated to the caseworker because they never can allocate an application to any caseworker until his/ her checks been completed.
I'm sure the checks are carried out AFTER the case has been allocated to a caseworker as s/he would be the one requesting the checks.amjad6226 wrote:Its not annoying if they said your application is not allocated to the caseworker because they never can allocate an application to any caseworker until his/ her checks been completed.

I'm loving it, that's roughly 65% which have been dealt with, didn't they state somewhere that their target was 95% within 6 month?Julian11 wrote:FYI - don't recall seeing this posted here before

When I ask him that why I was told that it is under consideration and he replied that it's is underconsidaration .
My God how can they do this...... :/
Sorry to hear this, hope they manage to find your file. If you have used NCS then at least you do not need worry about your originals.nationalityman wrote:Update on my case
After writing to my MP YEsterday and I made a call to HO customer contact number .
I have asked them to invesitgate this .
I got called today FROM HO and guess what
THEY LOST MY FILE .
THEY ARE TRYING THERE BEST TO LOOK FOR my file.
So your file was lost after checks were done and before it was assigned to the case worker?nationalityman wrote:I used NCS as we'll
I had a long conversation with her and she explain me the process
The process
They received the document the check are done before it assign to the case worker
Once it's finish then it assign to case worker who make decision and think what to do next .
