UKNARIC - SoC or LA

I am planning to apply for BC (5 years Tier 1 & 1 year ILR)
I have passed Life in the UK before October 2013.
I have a masters degree outside UK (non-English speaking country) studied in English Medium. This degree is showing up on PBS database as well. Do I still need to get UKNARIC document. If so which one Statement of Comparison or Language Assessment. Please help.

According to this link, degree and PBS printout should be fine. Personally I'd make sure the degree on PBS database is awarding ten points for English too.
