Travel Agency????

My wife is coming to Ireland on a c visa 90 days so she needs a return ticket to show the immigration
Can anyone suggest a travel agency in Manila Philippines or Dublin Ireland that can provide a flexible ticket on dates as-well as the possibility of reimbursing the return leg?
Any suggestions would be appreciated or even an alternative method.
