You are not required to give evidence, HO will ask for it if they need to. I think if you apply through NCA you will get the same answer.
Also, any social activity would go into proving you have aettled here.
I am sometimes wrong.

On more query please.

As of now
In 5 years: 580 days
In last 1 year: 140 days

Can I apply now if I suffice home, family and estate (which I can) with above facts?

Or

Should I wait and apply in April 2015 when last 1 year absences would come down to 85 days. This would be safer or would it matter in anyways on applying now and then?

Regards

I hope maybe gurus can help with this one as I am not sure.
My logic tells me that if I can wait for two and a half months, apply with only one problem at hand with very good chances being successful than I would wait.
I think that these are two separate issues (final year and last 5 years) and I would want to increase my chances in receiving an approval.
Again, this is just an opinion and would loce to hear what other members think.
I am sometimes wrong.

You are absolutely right milan69.

I and my wife agreeing with you. To increase the probability its better to wait and apply! Its just a couple of months.

This would bring one problem down by meeting last one year requirement i.e. under 100 days of requirement.
