Spouse visa - Wife want divorced

Hi
I'm (Wife) I got a spouse Visa before 1 year and I will complete my first two 2 years in June 2016
My Husband met same sex people for sex and i have a proof of a emails and text msg that they will met for sex (But he didn't know that i know)
My inquiry is:
I want to get divorced from him but actually if i do that i have to leave UK and back to my home country, but i hope if there is any way or any side can help me.
Looking forward to have some opinions to help me stay in UK.

Student visa, Tier 2 Work Permit, first needing a fair bit of cash, second needing a in-demand skill and a willing sponsor.

I wasn't born in my home town and my family in other country and they cancel my visa there.
I'm persecuted !!
