Hi all, I am married to a British citizen and has been living in the UK for over 5 years, I am currently on a DLR visa due to a conviction due to become spent soon. we are currently experiencing problems with our relationship and are living apart at the moment. we do have a child together and shared responsibility for him. We are still hoping to make things work between us and remain a family. Can I apply for ILR when my DLR expires on my own or do I need my relationship with my wife to do this? NOTE my leave to enter was granted in 2009. thanks everyone.
