What can I use for genuine relationship docs:

To show the genuine relationship you need to provide all necessary documents like marriage certificate in original and their certified English translation if them are not in English , wedding photos etc you must prove that you had met your spouse in person before marriage and you were present at the place of marriage at the time of marriage (which can be proved by your passport stamps + air tickets)

you also have to prove that your relationship is still subsisting which can be proved by the records of phone calls, viber, Skype,whatsapp, Facebook email conversation records and also by the the financial support you send your spouse

So for viber and fb messages do these just need to be screenshot. How many do I need to do.

Yes screenshots are fine. I would suggest 2-4 screenshots per month to demonstrate regular contact.
