Im looking for umbrella companies sponsore with tier 2 vis with contract if any one have the contact pleease share with me .

There are some companies which say that they will get you visa first and then they will give you time to search for contract works, THIS IS scam, do not go for those companies.

Spam 8 or Spam is one of those companies.

The whole matter is having a contract first.

If you have a contract ALREADY at hand, only then the umbrella companies will arrange tier 2 sponsorship for you.

If you have contracts, I know number of companies providing tier 2 sponsorship and I can send you their details in PM.

In ONE COMPANY.

You are doing it wrong.

You have to FIRST get a contract using services of any placement agencies and then the UMBRELLA company will help you get tier 2 for your ALREADY AVAILABLE contract.

If there is any umbrella company which says it will get you both work permit and contract, they are cheats. Umbrella companies can only sponsor your visa and manage your payroll.

Can someone please clarify what umbrella companies do? I already have a sponsor that is doing RLMT. Can I avoid this and get tier 2 visa faster if I find an umbrella company?

No, you cannot.

What they do is provide sponsorship, so you can (in theory) work as a consultant of them and earn contract rates. In practice there are very few jobs on the market for which it will work, and such umbrellas always risk losing their licenses. Unless you already know how you will make it work and ILR is not a top priority for you, best not to bother with them.

For the avoidance of doubt the use of an umbrella company for employment under Tier 2 is not permitted and is specifically detailed in Para 85 of the guidance version 11/14.

Any Sponsor that engages in this activity is knowingly committing an immigration offence and those benefiting from the offence are also classed in the same way.

I'm currently on Tier 2 sponsorship in UK with a permanent role. I'm looking to get into more flexible roles (contracts) for Ireland and want to relocate for long term. I'm an experienced JAVA/Android Software Engineer so somewhat confident I can easily get contract roles nationally and internationally. Can I get a company that will sponsor me and allow me these flexibilities of contracting nationally and internationally? I am in a real need of such company because i do not need the company to find a job & i'll pay them whatever % they charge.
