Which form to use to get further leave ?

Post by anamika123 » Fri Feb 06, 2015 10:37 pm

Applied for FLR(M) in 12 july 2011..... but I didnt meet all immigration rules for a grant of leave on that route and therefore they endorsed my BRP with limited leave to remain for 30 months because I had a baby. The letter also states that in order to qualify for settlement i must have completed a cont period of at least 120 months...... I cant understand now for further leave which form shall i use. Other than that my husband got redundant 7 months ago and hasnt found a job yet....we havent got savings of more than 2000.... What shall I do? and what form shall i use?

Thanks. And what about a lack of finances? We both don't currently work and have low savings. We have family support and no rent to pay luckily. I was going to apply as a parent on the 5 year route but it seems that is for separated couples. Must I apply as a partner to a British citizen. I have a British son too.
Thank you
