Tier 1/2/5 PBS dependent application help

Hi Experts,

I am due to apply for ILR in March 2015 my wife current visa is on Tier 1 general dependent(issued on Jan 2014) which expires on same date as my one.
Will be going to premium service for ILR, from the forum it suggested I should be using PBS T1/2/5 PBS dependent form for my wife application to qualify for ILR instead of using FLR(M) forms which will resit ILR clock to 0 - Is this correct?


If its Tier 1/2/5 dependent form, under section M it says which status the main applicant is applying under? and the options are related to Tier 1 category and dont see ILR mentioned. Should we select as Tier 1 General?

it is absolutely correct, you used PBS dependant form

just tick everything for tier 1 and further leave

as usual the form does not take all obvious circumstances into account

Tier 1 (General) - go to M6
Tier 1 (Entrepreneurs) - go to M7
Tier 1 (Graduate Entrepreneur) - go to M10
Tier 1 (Exceptional Talent) - go to Section N
Tier 1 (Investors) - go to Section N
Tier 1 (Post Study Work) - go to M7
Tier 2 (General) - go to M3
Tier 2 (Intra Company Transfers) - go to M3
Tier 2 (Minister of Religion) - go to M3
Tier 2 (Sportsperson) - go to M3
Tier 5 (Temporary Worker) - All categories - go to Section M11
