VFS global Fee

Hi,

I am applying for dependent visa.Visa fee I am paying online thru visa4uk website.Dependent biometric and application document submission happens at Bangalore,India.
My question- In addition to visa fee paid thru online,do we have to pay a fee for VFS as well? if yes will they accept card payment?
