The most important criterion is that the child's future should clearly be seen to lie in the UK.
Nothing, as far as I can see. My personal scenario was myself on ILR, wife and daughter on ILR. I applied for myself and my daughter for Naturalisation, just added a cover letter that all three of us have got ILR and would very much like to make UK our home. Attached with AN and MN1 applications. This is not necessary but since I always attached a cover letter, so I did it here too.maulikdoctor wrote:Thanks Milan.
What do I need to provide with my application to prove that my child's future lies in UK. As the application decision is based on discretion I want to provide as much evidence as possible.
What should my cover letter cover?
Any other things I need to be careful of or should add to make my case stronger.
Thanks again.
