PEO Appointment booking query

Hello Folks,

I am Tier 1 General and applying for ILR in end of March. I have couple of queries:

1- While booking PEO appointment, I chose "SET O" for me and my wife and then another questions pops up, In which category are you applying for?

Tier 1 General
Tier 2
Other main applicant

Which one should I choose (There is no option saying ILR)? Tier 1 General or Other main applicant???

2- My wife does not have family name. She has just First name and Middle name. While booking PEO appointment they are looking for First name & Family name. As per my understanding I am filling:
First name- - (Just dash)
Family name- Joe Bloggs

Is this correct?
Guidance says if you have only 1 name as per passport then write it under Family name and put - (dash) on first name.

Because you are applying for ILR as a Tier 1 migrant.

Not sure about second question. Go with what the guidance says.
