wrong date of birth on VISA4UK

Hi, I have a query. I have applied on behalf of my wife ( Pakistan) for entry clearance to the UK. I have paif for and completed application via VISA4UK . But I have entered the wrong date of birth of my wife's mother. Will this affect the application?

Just print it out and correct with hand.

Sorry what do you mean print out? As in the final print after paying and submitting form? Thankyou
