SO DO I NEED TO CHANGE DATE EVERYONE IS CONFUSING ME BIG TIME IM GOING CRAZY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I've not read any of the latest messages, so I'm not sure if you've sorted your issues/got your answers or not.

But what I will say is, Why are you relying on someone to take your documents to Pakistan. Send your documents using a courier, they'll deliver your package within 3-5 days. Why are you purposely delaying sending them and causing yourself so much stress?

Also, IF you hired a solicitor to handle your case, then he/she should answer every single one of your questions confidently. If you're still feeling stressed or unsure, it means you're dealing with a rubbish solicitor. He/she should reinsure you 100%.

From reading your posts, it seems like you're rushing your spouse's visa application, because all the questions you've been asking, you should have had answers to way before you even submitted the online application and booked an appointment.

Hiii, does anyone know if the ILETS English exam certificate is still valid if the two years is coming to an end. On the certificate it says it's valid for 2 years, and I did the test when I applied just over a year ago. But now I will be submitting my new case in early July so it will still have some time before it expires but will it still be ok? Or is it worth doing it again? Also what is the best recognised English test according to the home office?

Just pray, InshaAllah it will be fine. I have seen people getting 1 email and having visa and also someone here on this forum received an email in the evening (Pakistan evening time) and then had to wait till next morning, where he received another email.

Just hold fast and pray.

You can ask for an update, you have to give her details though. Such as application reference number, Date of Birth, Application Date, Location and so on.

NO YOU HAVE TO WORK HARD TO GET IT SO THAT'S WH6 I'M HIER AND PROBABLY YOU ASWELL!

You are being silly now gucci. Dont bring religion in discussions if you dont understand it. It indeed is all in ALLAHs hands.

Now back to your question, you acknowledged your solicitor was not HELPFUL, yet you are going back and back again to same solicitor.

You either do as your SOLICITOR tells you to do, or use other's experience. This thread was MEANT to be SHARING TIMELINES only, you have transformed it into some sort of helpline desk!!!

Most people here have got their nikah nama translated in PAKISTAN and not from YOUR SOLICITOR. Here is your answer now do as it pleases you. Thank you for spoiling my mood!
Lol you're a funny guy, I like reading your posts, you're pretty knowledgable on this topic. It all comes down to doing your own research and using common sense.

Everyone's who's applying, obviously knew probably, they'll be settling in the UK, soon after or at some point after their marriage. So why didn't they complete an english translated Nikkah Nama on the day of the Nikah? And get it computerised soon after.

As salaam alikum everybody,
I've been a silent follower for over 6 months now.
Would like to say it is such a great forum and has helped me very much. Thank you to all those who share their experience.
I'm sure everyone is aware that this forum is for those who wis to share their timeline but I don't think people who have queries with their application shouldn't be allowed to post on here. Yes I am aware that some members do often repeat themselves and should just use the search tool on this forum. JazakAllah to all the members and may Allah SWT grant all our spouses their visa Ameen.

Can anyone tell me if I have to change my title ?
