tier 1 to ilr salary slip query

Hello ,
For past 12 month salary slip
May 2014 and April 2014 salary slip has amount of 812.50 .
But what I have withdrawn is 675.00 .
I checked with my accountant he said salary slips cant be ammended , and they told me to withdraw 275 now from buisness account for May 2014 and April 2014 balance .
Was bit worried if home office raise objection by seeing missmatch in bankstatement and salary slip
