How should we arrange the documents while sending HSMP application?
Is there any specific way to send?

Clearly mention that in you HSMP application covering letter in BOLD letters.
Hopefully they will let you know through email once decision have made.

1. application form
2. cover letter
3. supporting documents
4. passport (for leave to remain/hsmp extensions)

see page 23, paragraphs 40-41 of the guidance.
