TIER 1 General ILR Application; for Spouse which visa form?

Hi

I am currently on Tier 1 General and my 5 year stay is finishing in May this year. I am applying for ILR after completion of 5 years stay. My wife is staying with me since October 2013. If you can please guide me do I need to apply for her on the same ILR form I m applying on or do I need to apply for her visa separetly and on a different form and if you can tell which form do I need to use for her application. I have checked with couple of solicitors but all of them are giving different advices. Some are saying I need to apply on the same form and some are saying I need to apply for her on FLR M form.

Some say I dont need to go for FLR M for her in my case

I am really confused and as time is not too much so I need to finalize all things before applying. If you can please guide me on this issue

Hi Mate.

You need to apply for PBS Dependent extension .

You dont need to add her on ILR form or neither FLR M is not required.

Just T1 extension for the dependent.

But why some solicitors asking me to go for FLR M?
And if I go for normal PBS extension can i do it with my ILR form, I mean can I send both form together or even I can apply for her when her visa time finishes because am thinking to apply 28 prior to my end date
