hello all
i have a slight problem - i have been working in england for 12 months on a working holiday visa from australia.
however, i went travelling around europe for the past 4 months.
i have now expired my working element of my visa, so am looking to apply for the HSMP, which i get 80 points with. however, i do not have any tax doc's.
i am looking to apply within the next week so i can hopefully keep working for the next year.
is it worth submitting and claiming i have been travelling for an excuse not to get my tax in order, or is there something else i could use?
