hullo,
please help
I would like to apply for a tier 2 visa in april am currently on a PSW and would like to know the when my employer can apply for a CoS and when do I have to apply(does Cos have an expiry date) and what are the requirements. i have checked the guidance bt would like to be sure. thank you very much.

your employer can assign a CoS to you any time but you must apply within its 3 months validity period.

the salary must be £20,500 or the appropriate rate for the job SOC code, whichever the higher
