Want my sister passport back

Dear members,

My name is Ayesha my sister came united kingdom in 2009 from Pakistan on her study visa and in January 2010 she digonsed cervical cancer she had been treated,In 2011 i applied her visa again home office granted her discretionary leave for 1 year.
I applied again after one year i didn't hear anything from them and after they refused application i appeal against their decision but appeal was dismissed, I applied new application ILR that was refused as well
I am british national i plan to take my sister Ireland and want to get my sister passport from home office can you please advise me how can i get back my sister passport from them. I am looking forward your advise

Thanks Zia for advising me Can you please explain me in details what can i do for this matter i forgot to explain in last post her appeal is submitted in a tribunal court at the moment please give me best advise is any chances to keep my sister here in uk with me is another visa category which i apply for her and she can live with me because she is totally depended on my and there is no back home who can look after her,whatever good advise you can give me please tell me rather i will take her ireland or i will keep her here with me .

Look someone settled for her to get marry here.

Thanks for advise, I already did fight in court about this matter and gave them and evidence as well but after that they dismissed her appeal ,As you said if she get marry here, Due to her medical condition she can't get merry .In end of march i am going ireland because I got very good job in ireland can't leave my sister alone here , and my sister is totally depend on me ,so please give me more advice and tell me in details

Difficult to remain in the UK. Perhaps going to Ireland may be possible.

Once Op's foreign passport holder sister leave to Ireland, if possible. when in future if trying to enter UK scenario, would that be possible! would this point towards surrinder singh route.
