Is rent excluded?

Hello dear members,

I have been using my residential address as a company address. I run a construction company so I do not need office premises. Will my monthly rent be deducted from overall investment amount of £200,000?

straightforward case, if we are using some rooms or portion of it for your business purpose, then, you can make a claim, just talk about 'how to do that' with your accountant.

However, you said your business don't need any office, and if that property you solely using for your personal living, then you can not claim it.
