Hearing experience

Hi Every one,

I have been recently to my court hearing for entp. visa. It was simply the best hearing , i was fully prepared that loads of questions will be asked but can you believe it no one asked single question!!!!
Even judge asked HO representative that either he want to ask any question he replied no nothing ...

Does any one know how long will it take time to announce result of hearing and what are the chances of getting visa ?
As you know no one asked any question just my lawyer explained regarding my case to judge..that is it..

it takes 10-14 days to get a response from the court

If it comes in your favour, unfortunately even after that there is no guarantee to get the visa very soon.

i have known cases who got visa after 3-4 months of their decision.

thanks bro. you meant to say i will get to know about the decision after two weeks but stamping of visa may take longer time?

yes.....

but if it takes longer after a month or so if you come up with a geniune reason to travel. like a business trip or anything.
it might work and they may send your visa quick but i would advise not to give them trouble just be patient.
Sometimes nothing works and they act very stubborn
