Hi mate,

It depends on which country you are applying EC from but it takes around 2 - 4 weeks.

NO I havn't, but will be applying in a month time.
Been reading posts about EC, looks like requirement for EC depends on Country.

Like I read in different posts that we have to provide letter of accommodation, and charted accountant documents etc.......
But when I looked under New Zealand EC, they are only asking about following documents
a.Completed Application form Non-Settlement Form (VAF 1)
b.Two recent passport photographs. The photographs should be taken against a light background, be clear and of good quality and printed on normal photographic paper.
c.Applicant’s current and any previous/other passports.
d.Original HSMP approval letter issued by Work Permits (UK).
e.Last three months of full bank statements to demonstrate financial support until you begin employment.
f.Fee: See Services and Fees
g.Please enclose a return courier pack or add $7 to the total application fee.

That's all.. So not sure is that all? or do I still have to provide all other information? That's whY i WAS LOOKING FOR SOMEBODY WHO DID applied for EC from NZ...

anyone else applied for EC from NZ or Aussie ?

Thanks
Kaff

Hi Kaff,

you are absolutely right, but I guess before applying email or call 0900 number and confirm with them are there any other extra documents they require other than those specified in the website

Cheers
