ILR in November 2015

Hi Gurus,

I got my entry clearance on 1st nov 2010.
landed in the UK on 13th Jan 2011.
Out of UK in 2011 for 35 days
out of UK in 2013 for 15 days
out of UK in 2015 for 30 days

I am a limited company contractor.
Could you please clarify my doubts?

1. Am I eligible for ILR by nov 2015?
2. I had contracts from July 2014-Aug 2014, then from oct 2014-dec 2014 and then from feb2015-june2015.
Can I take dividends from the previous profits? or should there be enough profits during the 12 months period that I am claiming. The earliest I can count is jul 2014-june 2015 (15 months back from oct 2015)
3. Is there any restriction in me increasing the salary?

In nutshell my question is should there be enough profit during the claiming period inorder to take dividends or we can take from the previous company year's profit as dividend.
Please help.
