My wife came to U.K. in December 2010 on Spouse Visa and granted her Settlement Resident Permit in March 2013.
She has had her spouse visa for 3 years and 3 months, and her ILR for exactly two years. My concern is I have only just become a British Citizen (last month) and I am not sure if that is an issue for her to apply under the 3 years rule or will she have to wait 5 years?

As long as she meets all the standard requirements she can apply now as a spouse of a British citizen.
(Casa, not CR001)
